How to Find the Immigration Court Assigned to Your Case
In many cases, the immigration court assigned to your case depends on your location and where proceedings were initiated. You can use your ZIP code to find the immigration court most likely responsible for your case.
Important: Always review your Notice to Appear (NTA) and any notices issued by the immigration court. These documents are the official source of information about where your case is assigned and when you are required to appear.
You may also use the official EOIR tool below to identify the immigration court most commonly associated with your ZIP code.
